Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (UK Only)

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom (Great Britain & Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping, including to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or overseas territories.

If you place an order with a non-UK address, your order will not be shipped, and we may contact you to cancel or refund the order.

 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you shipment confirmation and tracking details via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We currently use Evri for all our UK orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. 

Evri Estimated Delivery Times (UK):

  • Standard Delivery: Usually delivered within 2–4 working days from drop-off. 

  • Express / Next Day: Delivered within 1–3 working days from drop off.

Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Costs & Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery service.

You’ll be shown the available shipping methods and costs before you complete your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Shipping Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@conceptbored.com with your order number and tracking code.

Claims:
We can assist with a claim through Shopify/Evri if required. Please note that Evri’s included cover may be limited (e.g., up to a set amount for loss or damage), and additional documentation may be needed. 

7. Packaging & Parcel Requirements

We take care to package all items securely before they are handed over to Evri. If an item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, please get in touch with us and include photos of the parcel and its contents.

8. Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page.
